I kinda modified this, I used the soy sauce and ginger, but added some stevia, garlic powder, sesame seeds, sesame oil and a bit of cayenne to spice it up. I served it with a bit of shredded carrot for color and green onions. my family loved it. next time I will double the batch or add some cooked lentils or something to make it go farther.

This was great and is perfect for my low cal, low carb diet. I loved it. I used adobo, crushed red pepper flakes, a little onion and red bell pepper and skipped the garlic. The soy made it delicious. This is a new favorite for my diet. Thanks.

A good base but needs the addition of vegetables like onions, water chestnuts, peppers, etc for some texture. Also good with shredded carrots on top.

This is very good! I'm just wondering about the nutritional facts? Where do the 4.5 grams of net carbs come from. Do the soy sauce and garlic really have that much?
