- Preheat the oven to 390ºF.
- Place the tortilla on a baking tray and evenly spread the pizza sauce over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle the vegetable toppings over the pizza, followed by the sliced or grated mozzarella and grated cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
