- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix flour and yogurt until well combined.
- Cut into 4 equal portions and roll out on a floured surface to the size that you like. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Whisk egg in a small bowl then brush over the formed bagels. Sprinkle bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
