I had to do a bit of research for measurements as I cook based on cups and tablespoons. After converting, this is what I had for a recipe. 1.5 C of peanut butter, 1.5 C of old fashioned oats, 3/4 C of flax seed meal, 1 C of honey, 1/4 C dark chocolate chips. I didn't have any chia seeds so I added 1 C of finely chopped walnuts. After mixing everything and creating the balls, they were sticky so I rolled them in unsweetened coconut. It takes about 1 C of unsweetened coconut to cover all of the 35 balls this makes. Refrigerated overnight and they are delicious. Tastes as good as oatmeal no-bake cookies without the sugar.
