- Combine flour, baking powder, and lard by hand until it is roughly the texture of cornmeal.
- Add buttermilk and combine.
- Roll out on a floured surface. Cut into 5 biscuits and dip in bacon grease.
- Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes. Let it cool and serve.
