Stir Fry Pork with Water Spinach
A low calorie dish using simple ingredients.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut water spinach about 3-4 inches long. Soak in cold water. Rinse off after a couple of minutes.
- Chop garlic and chili peppers. Slice mushrooms.
- Sauté mushrooms in avocado oil until browned. Add garlic then chili peppers.
- Add pork and water spinach. Mix until the greens are tender.
- Add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Mix well but do not overcook.
