Ingredients
Directions
- Rinse 1 can of organic black beans and add to bowl. Chop tomatoes, cilantro, and onions. Crush garlic and mix in a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix in bowl. Squeeze 1 fresh lime over mixture.
- Salt and pepper to taste. To add more heat add cayenne pepper to taste.
- Serve over salad or my favorite, chop avocado on a plate cover with cooked cauliflower bits then put a cup of this salsa over top and enjoy!
