I pretty much stopped logging in here the day before the challenge started. EPIC FAIL. Gonna try and start doing stuff again now. Luckily I didn't gain any weight. But I also didn't gain any energy because I wasn't eating properly. Let's try this again. Unfortunately the like... 2 friends I had on here with me went traitor on me and went to a different diet site. *sticks out tongue*... I'm hoping that mom and Jen stick around!!! :)
I wouldn't turn away some random internet-friends though! :)

Think I managed to drink at least one glass of water/day. Totally failed on the exercising cuz I was more concerned with organizing. Let's see how Week 2 goes. Haven't filled out my food for a few days. Gotta get back on that and not forget.

Having a hard time organizing. The water hasn't been a problem but haven't found time or space to exercise yet. Also busy organizing our clothes at home and purging. Once I finish that I'll have a nice space for exercising or yoga but right now that space has a bunch of bins with clothes that I need to sort. I'd go for a walk... but... I can't see the sidewalk... and the cold hurts my lungs. Hopefully I'll clear some space today so that I can do some yoga or bellydancing.

So... I'm starting to try to eat big(ger) breakfasts because I noticed that the other day when I ate a huge breakfast of an omelet, toast, a banana, half a grapefruit, a granola bar... and a few other things... and wasn't hungry until well after dinner time. Not that I wouldn'tve eaten a little something for lunch but I was busy - the point was I wasn't hungry. And I saw something similar to my signature in someone else's signature line... and I know it is the way we SHOULD eat, so I think maybe I'll try and follow it a bit more: "Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince, Sup like a Pauper"... in otherwords, eat lots for breakfast, a moderate lunch, and a small supper. It makes sense, because you'll burn off the big breakfast during the day but if you eat a big dinner you're only going to sleep afterwards and not burn the calories off. Food for thought.

I decided to go out last night to a benefit dance that I wasn't going to go to... I tend to make a million excuses why I can't go to things even when I want to go. So this time I decided to go with the momentum and just do it. I had fun... danced and worked off a bunch of calories LOL... and relaxed for a night. It was good. I need to do it more often. My water and exercise challenges start tomorrow. I can do this!
