Jan 10 and `11 , spoke with my Dr about my diet for my pre diabetic sugar intake she suggested 3 new thing to do I purchased the sugar almost the same I have been eating wheat bread but purchased rye an split it with my family . I will be making avocado toast. have gyros abut 8 slices to eat came with the Greek salad on Monday. Will be trying the new sugar , I walked a bit inthe store waiting for my counter for walking still been a few weeks now. didnt weight in today will weight until tommorrow. thrusday.
1.Monkfruit sugar

2. 1600 to 1800 calories as day as well as trackiing all my food intake
3. Walking 2000 step s per day . ( that will be the hardest. i feel.
