It's been two mondays that I feel sick. I think it's the weekend eating. I don't count but I am careful. I guess I am not careful enough. tonight I will weigh myself. I finally have the courage.It's hard. I do hope I am Under 330.

So my period is finished. I've made "rules" that I follow by. One I don't count on weekends and when I'm on my period. It worked before, so I will try again. I put a pedometer on my phone. That will get my calorie burning in prespective. I'm so afraid to wiegh myself. I put 330lbs but I didn't even weigh myself. I am actually terrified. Friday I will do it.

Period time. I hate being on my period. Excruciating pain,bloating, nausea and everything in between. I don't record my food during that time because I don't feel good. It takes all my energy to do just the basic things( take care of the kids,cooking,work) I barely get through that. I'm not having any more kids I just wish to be done with it. Oh yeah can't forget my wonderful mood swings. My poor hubby goes through hell a few days before I start.

so I'm starting again. taking it a day at a time. It shouldn't be had but it's always is. I gained and thats what made me think twice. I was at a point that I was stable with my weight but now I'm gaining and that I don't want. I got a pedometer on my phone and using it. I am on my feet a lot I am chef at an old folks home and serve 100 people a day. I know how to cook and eat healthy but choose not too. I will try and make small changes.
