oh my gosh! i just weighed myself tonight...159.6. i haven't been in the 150s for two years! i'm so excited...this is good motivation to keep going. i gotta keep telling myself that.

i feel disgusting. i pretty much binged today. it started out as just a little break from my diet, a reward in moderation. i'm so mad at myself. i will never be a healthy weight if i don't stop doing this. it's like every time i lose a pound, something inside me tells me to eat again. i have to make a serious "YOU turn" tomorrow. no joke. i absolutely have to be more serious about this. i'm sick of hating myself...

second day of body pump classes. i guess it's a good kind of pain. lowest weight i've seen on my scale in 2 years today: 160.4
