Vegan huevos for breakfast! Clocked in over 30 g protein, which is unheard of for me at breakfast. Whole wheat flour tortilla, homemade kidney bean and cheezy dips, tofu scramble, 505 green chile sauce, and tomatoes. Followed it with a small salad

A friend told me today is National Ice Cream Day! So of course, I had to save room for some banana "nice cream" after dinner. My husband goes nuts for this stuff

Holding pretty steady at 133 this week, have increased exercise, sticking to a reasonably healthy diet most days. I'll take it for now. If I go no lower, but build some muscle, I'll take that as a win. We shall see. Happy Sunday, everyone!

Leg day, then a 4.5 mile walk at an 18:30 pace. My fast clip, but short of a full-out fitness walk, pace seems to be dropping. I had been falling into about a 20-minute pace before. Confession time: my ulterior motive for upping my activity and building some muscle is that I really, really enjoy food. I want more calories to play with! 🤣 Had sort of a blowout veggie chimichanga lunch and pizza for dinner day yesterday, but still weighed in the same this morning. Even if it had been up a pound, would have had no regrets. Totally worth it sometimes.

Oddly, my favorite way to eat plain yogurt is on tortilla chips. I pile a lot of yogurt on each chip and am able to moderate with these, so it's less decadent than it might sound.
