Real random, but I just washed all my bedding this weekend, and my cat woke me up pawing the bottom of the bed at 400. She puked all across the bottom. Then cried when I stripped the bed and took away her food. Jeez I thought only kids waited until night time or early morning to wake you up puking:) I spent a good 15 minutes just petting her making sure she was ok. Great attention getter. Argh! I hope this is not an indicator of how the rest of the day will be.

I drank over a gallon and a half or more yesterday. The GA heat is here in full force. I go from my AC Apt, to AC car, to AC office and back again. Hope I get used to it soon.

I am doing the little yo yo dance here up a pound or 2 up and down weekly. Thank goodness I am not gaining way more. More weight loss is still in the plan, but with about a goal of 10 more lbs to lose, I believe where I am now is realistic and still healthy as long as I don't gain much more. Happy balance and happy with myself is what I need to maintain. In all reality the standard of what is a healthy weight put forth by all the charts really depends on the person's frame and how they carry it. I am not talking myself out of further weight loss, just the realization I am at a decent point as long as I don't gain back the 15-20 I have lost. Fat secret has definately made me realize how to find my center by developing a plan. Nutrisystem facilitated because they are easy. The food is made, calories listed, they tell you how to eat. I needed that to get me on teh right track. By healthy choice in meals, moderation by calorie counting, and exercise I got there. The secret to Fat secret for me is motivation, dedication and maintaining a healthy lifestyle change. It is not so much about sacrifice, but just adapting and changing to something diofferent. Heck yea I still cheat and eat sweets sometimes, don't always make the best food choices, and skip exercising from time to time. But coming back to your plan and not beating yourself up over every cupcake, is what is the secret. Live with what you do, take responsibility and move on. By using FS, writing what I eat and holding myself accountable, I realized how much I was eating in excess calories and see that the power is really in my hands and I am in control to eat well or not. That is what I have been missing is the realization I am in control am not helpless to just mindlessly shovel food in my mouth, and finding the way to balance. Just my thoughts for the day. I appreciate all the FS buddies that share and encourage. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon, I just find that I am not journaling as much lately and wanted to share my thoughts. Peace.

Nothing extraordinary has been going on. Quite weekend and relaxation. I cancelled my Nutrisystem membership today. They tried to get me to stay of course. I have more of their food stockpiled here, I am ready for any bad weather:) It will be at least 2+ months before I run out. I am going into the wean off part and transition more to calorie counting now that I have lost most of the weight I wanted to. It just gets to expensive now that I know I can do it on my own, I just need to be disciplined and stick with it.
