I'll fill in the other details later, but for now I want to get started on the weightloss stuff. I'm doing the prep for Gittleman's one-day detox and then I'm planning to start the regular fat flush. Cooking good, healthy food always makes me realize that I can fully enjoy this lifestyle. I have had varying degrees of wonderful success with weightloss at various times throughout my life. My main problem is emotional eating and it always seems to get me in the end. Not this time though, as I have made it very clear to myself that this is not to be a part of my thirties. So far, so good. I also try to incorporate hypnosis tapes, aerobic exercise, yoga, curves, and a regular writing practice.
