I am not on a keto diet but I make deserts with limited sugar. I use half the sugar the recipe calls for and the other half I use granulated splenda.

My experience
Chicken Stirfry
I found FS about 2 months ago and it has been the best experience with dieting I have ever had. It has actually bees successful.
Every morning I come here and plan my meals for the day. Love adding my own recipes and changing the up to make the diet friendly. Knowing the nutritional value of a serving is great.
To date I have lost 12 pounds. 6 to go.
