Today was get the unruly mop chopped off! A new hairstyle and I think I am going to really like it. The new stylist was terrific. I think I lost 2 pounds just in hair!!
Food has been under my goal as I really have not been very hungry. A good kick start I need to get more fruits and veggies worked in. So far this week I have missed on exercise also. Probably not a lot tomorrow as I am behind getting things ready to leave Friday--my car packed as I'm slowly getting my little cabin livable.
I will be taking a set of resistance bands with me and a kettle ball set. I currently have no you-tube access as internet is not set up--not choosing to pay that bill yet. I do need to start checking out my choices. Past time for bed--a later dinner due to my appt.

I feel much better today. An all-day training session @ work has given me a splitting headache. They are piling more jobs on a few of us who are already stretched about as far as we can get. I was actually happy when my computer shut down with an hour to go--remote training and working from home. Only thing is now I'm stuck as tech support is supposed to call. Believe me I will get paid for some of the time.
I am soo ready to retire, wish that things would get moving faster on my new house.
Food has been good so far, not sure for dinner as a very late lunch. Reservation should be made for my cruise in July today. DD is making them as adding me to the group of people that will be going. I need to get moving again as took a bit of a relax -hope the headache eases break.
later: ate the last butcher shop brat and leftover baked delectica squash for dinner. Headache is easing but not much accomplished.

Not a good day for me. Mondays are already tough due to I have to work one late day a week 9:30 am till 6:00. Felt like I have been fighting a stomach bug all day so a queasy stomach. did not get my pre-work workout in as did not feel well. I did manage to track food, make it through work and will be in bed before 8:00. Hope a good nights sleep so i feel good tomorrow.

Dang cold 17 degrees this am. What a change from 80 on Wed and Thurs. Looking at my plan for today and the week ahead.
The Chief's game is at noon. I need to get moving this am as I slept a bit late. A run to Walmart and Aldis. Stop at the gym for a bit on my way home. It is a clean the house and laundry day as I only worked on my pantry and cabinets yesterday. I think my plant tower was just delivered so once I get the house in better shape I can work on that. Hoping the old seeds I have will grow.
Monday is my late workday so a workout video before work. Tues and Thurs I can do the gym after work --Tuesday we are supposed to get snow so will see what the roads are like--drivers can get pretty stupid the first snow. Thurs is also pack up the car day to leave for the weekend. Wed I have a much-needed haircut scheduled and work on things to haul to the cabin.
Food: I cooked garbanzo beans in the instant pot late yesterday-1/2 will be going into an Italian bean and potato soup. I have a pound of hamburg from the butcher shop sitting in my frig--for something. Since my week looks pretty busy after work will do something I can just heat up. A batch of bread will also get done today.

Well my soup recipe from Rachael Ray-Everyone is Italian on Sunday. 15-20 servings instead of 4. is really good and filling. You could make it vegan with veggie stock. I used chicken cause this what I could get.
