July 6 the world is getting better for me. My house is progressing nicely and my former house has been sold. Retirement looms by Sept behind schedule but life, contractor schedules and weather etc gets in the way.

I am working on slowly getting back to a good meal plan as it's been way off for the past year. I won't have a real kitchen until my house is complete but am trying to work out options I can do with limitations.

I have a plan for this week that is mostly vegetarian with some catfish. I still need to empty my frog due to over 2 weeks of leftover issues from NOLO virus. Most is spoiled except condiments. Amish store visit today so i have good butter and some other basic supplies. A grocery visit and walmart tomorrow for a few things, water shoes, compost etc that I need to get my life in order.

My TRX is up and am working on abs and back issues. Hopefully will start to walk this week more weather permitting. Am looking so forward to retiring and getting involved in local quilting guilds etc. so I get to know more people in the area.

A life gets back to sane it's lose weight and get back in shape.

It's Wed. still drinking more than I want. I have stayed on vegetarian options but not enough veggies. Mostly lentils, beans and whole grains. It's a 9:30m to 6 schedule week. meaning little sleep as it messes me up and not much time after work to do other things and cook. Went for a walk in the woods on the low part of
property after work with the dogs. Didn't find any morels yet the pups had fun and it's so peaceful in the valley in the woods. I love it!!

Stopped @ heather's and found Tyronne and Billie there as well to drop off a ball of their dogs I found on the grass road and see the progress on their new floor. Ended up on their porch talking with a couple of beers. What a nice night

So excited as the lumber for my new house may arrive tomorrow and the framing weather permitting will start on Monday!!!

I may try some hemp options to help me lessen beer. I know that should not be a crutch but so stressed between work and trying to get my city house on the market. It will get there I know just would be easier to quit without all the stress.

Trying some Rosemary tincture to sleep it helped my headache earlier. Was working on a migraine after little sleep last night. It's also clearing my sinuses which is good.

I will get ther and get back to 135

working on getting back on track. It has been difficult the past year going back and forth between homes. Lots of stress. The stress will lessen when my house is sold. Exercise has gone astray as life demands and total exhaustion have taken over>

A productive several days off, a week and one day back to work then more time off. I should have the house ready to put on the market shortly.

I am cooking on a hot plate, my little air fryer/convection oven and other appliances. Thank you Nikki for my Instant POT. I have been eating too much meat and fly by last minute meals and drinking too much beer. That needs to change.

My house smells amazing tonight. Made some garam masala and then a lentil coconut curry to eat over brown rice. A baby step. I also yesterday made hummus so good instead of butter and lunch meat so many less calories and healthier for me.
