HOLY crapola - even if i think i haven't eaten that bad only 1600 calories but 68 grams of fat - how is this possible they say eat nuts - non salted just roasted good for you - but the fat frams ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

ate left over fish/spinach - did the body fit class and saw about 1/2 lb down on scale if still same by friday i'll record it
tonight will be a crap shoot for food - meeting teacher at 4:45 to go over independent study class and then need to go to softball practice for 7pm meeting regarding the utah trip
don't wanna eat dinner at 8pm or later tho - guess i'll grab a subway sandwich in between

cooked dinner 2 nites in a row sunday night stuffed pork chops, rice low fat cream cheese 2% cheddar cheese with salad and green beans
tonight - cooked fresh spinach, sauteed scallopes in a smidge of olive oil, added garlic to chopped spinach, added some scallops and put a piece of fresh sole on top - then wrapped in parchment paper and baked - no added fat, then had potato with a smidge of butter and lots of seasoning baked
worked out at gym today - a little late so only got 27 minutes of cardio in addition to ab work
held 1 pound down from friday to monday - that's amazing for me!
