Good news! I woke up today for my workout but I didnt end up going due to the 3 hours of sleep I got. I seem to have developed a problem with falling asleep, I am really tired by the end of the day, I don't nap during the day and yet I cannot fall asleep at night. Any suggestions?
I am also very nervous for tomorrow, my first real weigh in, I hope this week shows at least a bit of progress!

Today sucks and its only 8 am!
I cannot seem to wake up to go workout I set 3 alarms and I cant get up! HELP!

Wow, working out time has definitly started! I hurt, mostly because today I fell, not so gracefully, during slide class....that was interesting. I am having a hard time sticking to a set diet but I am trying to just eat when I am hungry.
To make sure I dont overeat I drink water all day long and when i think I am hungry i drink some h20 to make sure I am not just thirsty. I am wokring extra hard to increase the protein in my diet so when I workout I am not just burning away muscle, today was the first time that I went over my goal of protein for the day!
Still looking for buddies on here, its not going so great :(

Today is the beginning I have decided of the next major part of my life!!!!!!!
I begin a workout bootcamp tomorrow and though this is my second go at it but this time I am really going to try. The only thing that I am worried about is because I am a college student money is not something that I can spend willy nilly... I am working four jobs and yet still dont have extra cash to burn.
It is going to be a challenge but I know that I am going to work really hard so it will be worth it.
Otherwise my holiday weekend is over so diet diet here goes nothing!
