here l go again, another website another journel that l probably will use for a week or so, oh well we will see how it goes, today l am going to have a fasting day, and eat around 450 cals and be as active as l can. Today my goal is to drink 4 litres of water, in the way of black coffee, green tea and plain water. i know it is not just linked to food but my activitie levels and the blasted tv!!!! Got to make lifestyle adjustments. l will list my goals to tick off at the end of the day.
four litres of fliud - yes
450 cals, snack on an apple - yes and berries
at least burn of 500 cals - around 400 on exerise
No tv on until 18:00 or steve is ready to watch - yes
wash all my bedding - yes
Iron clothes - yes
