Hi! Im 21 ears old and have never really been small. About two and a half years ago i put on an extra 20 from sitting around in my room depressed for a year. Last year i lost all of that plus an additional 16 pounds by just watching portion sizes, and keeping busy. However since my husband came back from Iraq 6 months ago ive put 30 plus pounds back on, Its really ,really depressing. So im trying the Fat Smash Diet to try and shock my system back into losing some weight. Ill be moving back home to Ca. from Fort Campbell,Ky. around the beginning of August so i hope to have made a noticeable difference by then.
