Home made waffle made with fresh Kefir and fresh berries and peach yoghurt.

You would think that when I never seem to have less than ten hours of fat burn and often more than twelve with over an hour and half at peak everyday, that the weight would go down. Beginning to think I’ll never get below 160.

Steak medium rare, green beans and I only ate half the baked potato! Finally nice weather for a bbq!

Finally Canadian strawberries are ready. I add yoghurt and natural granola and a small amount of home made Kefir to this every morning!
