Fell off the diet wagon for a couple of days last week, but am back on now, was ashamed of myself for doing it, but then figured that at least I got back on the diet instead of forgetting totally about it like I used to do. I didn't do too much damage with the couple of days off, didn't gain any weight, but also didn't lose any, I did however feel like crap. Live and learn.

Day one is almost over, it was hard with the cravings, but I handled it, the first few days are always the hardest, I can do this, one day at a time.

Day 1 of Atkins induction phase starts tomorrow 9/5/11, I'm nervous, but excited at the same time, I know this will work, I just have to follow it exactly and not stray.
