Slowing into my workout routine after an extended time off. This week will be a light workout week, taking it easy and using equipment I do not usually get to. That being said; todays workout:
10 minute stretching
25 jumping jacks
10 burpees
Easy spinbike
Time 25 minutes
Bike distance 9 miles

Restarting the couch to 10k for athletes training. Got off track so I figured just restart from the beginning of the 8 week training.
