Happy 😄 happy 😄 blessed positive Sunday…

The fact that they serve so many carbs and starch at meals…if only they would catch up with the way life is for most people out here…so many could be healthier…but lest of their worries…all about keeping the place full..when someone nleaves..life expectancy here is 2 1/2 years..what I heard other day….a lot here are past that number….some have been here 6 years..or longer…
Gotta go….

Happy 😄 happy 😄 positive Friday…
Another day to be grateful for all we have…
Linda come back to facility about 2 pm yesterday…everyone was happy to see her…she lights up a room with her glow…today she’s feeling the fact of being in a bed for 2 days…she’s noticing that she’d got to slow down and rebuild what she lost…I tell her rest is important….up to her to listen…
Been sleeping with window open at night..so nice…better sleep for sure..
Exercise class in a few…

Happy 😄 happy 😄 positive Thursday…
Another day to be thankful for…as I sip my ☕️..and just watched a beautiful sunrise..opened the window last night and enjoyed the fresh air for first time in many days..cooler temps outside…I’d rather have the window open..air is nice on the overly hot days..but at night..and the cooler days…o so nice…
Visited Linda again yesterday…the color in her face is returning…she happy and laughing..her walking to and from bathroom is on her own…she's on food again…a lot of improvement since Monday when they came and got her…still has an infection..but still has a kidney stone…kinda thinking today might be kick her out day..but haven’t gotten any updates…
Exercise class today..looking forward to it…

Happy 😄 positive Wednesday….
Linda doesn’t have a uti..instead it’s infected kidney..along with a kidney stone…the meds they had her own..they changed last night…had her sitting on edge of bed…not sure when her discharge day is yet…but ..her sitting on edge of bed sounds encouraging….
I have to get a scan of left side of neck next week..heart doctor notice some blockage yesterday…we barely talked about cholesterol meds…but me an Siri did some research after..and ther are meds beside what he could be thinking…statins aren’t on my list of meds to use…
He also asked if I wanted to lose weight…duh….lose weight…who doesn’t…we talked about ozempoc..again..me an Siri…did out homework…10 ponds a month…like is that all….i do that if um really consistent…my problem..is I like to use food as a reward…if I could change that….
Well…took second dump..I’m surprised there that much in me..not been that hungry with Linda in hospital…
