Happy 😄 happy positive Monday…
Another hot muggy day…I’ve decided that July is here already…yesrweday..100…. Heat index 110….linda and I had planned to watch a church softball game..but as the telps rose..I was able to talk her out of it..even the smokers here wasn’t going out as much…was a warm one…today is no different…74 at 531an….
Walk after breakfast…decide after breakfast…I enjoy that…inside not the same…
Too hot to eat…need some rain bad,y….farners need it…

Happy 😄 happy 😄 blessed positive Sunday…..
I gotta share this…I was telling my girlfriend…that if we had some fishing line or wire…we could use that to stabilize her bird feeder from turning outside her window on the pole it came with…I went walking yesterday after breakfast..I walked a little farther then usual…as I walked back to the facility…I seen something on the ground..I thought it was a little speaker…out of a car…I bent down to pick it up…it was a spindle of wire….i mean like wow…naturally..I said thank you…and looked for the stake….i know never happy…once I returned…I told my girlfriend what happened…sje just shook her head..saying..stuff like that always happens for you…it does…I am blessed for sure…

Morning walk after breakfast….missed my walk yesterday…but no more road trips for couple of weeks…
90 again today….so out early..in rest of day….to humid for me…hate that…
Linda colitis has started to calm down….shes doing brat eating plan…along with my imagination to help her enjoy it more….and all the commercials on tv doesn’t help….but now…she understands how triggers cause me to give in to snacking…its a learning process for both of us….
Well ☕️ is gone…time is moving forward….

Watching the sunrise and sippin my ☕️ ….a full day on the road…Linda and I have out of town appointments…so packing a small cooler so she has food to eat to keep her colitis in check…for her…it’s getting back to eating like she was before..she fell off the habit…for me..it’s being able to tell her..I didn’t give into snacking after I left her room at night….for both of us…it’s a way of being on the same page of health…
