Something great is gonna happen thru me today…
Happy 😄 happy 😄 positive Monday…
Linda and I are learning how food affects her colitis…I’ve been on this journey for years…so…I have the knowledge…but the old saying you can’t lead a horse …well…she’s slowly learning…and I get it…so easy to go back to old habits…but for her…her disease gets better or worse day to day….several days are good..and then a bad day happens….
tom arrow I go to to dentist….get my teeth pulled..then later down the road dentures..however I can only get uppers as my bottom jaw from birth sticks out farther…Dr said worse case he’s ever seen…seems like I’m always the worst case…o well…

The podcast I’m listening to…so many people live here with different diseases that could be helped….but the system is messed up….you would think they would have a diabetic food plan here….but no….they have sugar free jam…what a joke….they are still using canola oil…..duh….

Happy 😄 😄 positive Saturday…
Just came in from getting my vitamin d….been to hot lately to enjoy the morning sun…but decided this morning..that 70 was cooler then no sun….and 40 min was just long enough to sweat out the water and electrolytes I was putting in…
My belt broke from to many years of use…I had a turquoise bird on a belt buckle I bought for my self back when I was in my 40 s..kept changing out belts…now years later I’ve switched to a ratchet belt…had to watch a you tube video ..to get educated…lol
I sit next to a guy at my table that is so negative…about everything…I feel so bad for him…but that is his choice…I don’t know how to talk with him to try and change his outlook…
lol…I forgot to finish my journal….i went down and talked to the guy….for an hour…he told me a lot of what was bothering him..I listened..gave suggestions…a new friendship..

Rain again this morning…it was needed…
Something good is going to happen to me…and something is gonging to happen thru me for someone else..I heard this from Joyce Meyer….so true…
Didn’t see ant fireworks last night…my sleep is more important…
Already getting hot after moving rain..was really humid yesterday after the rain…to hot outside to enjoy the sunny day…even at 730am…when I was out to fill
India’s bird feeder..I could feel the humidity all ready…

Happy 😄 happy 😄 positive 4th..Wednesday…
It’s raining here..much needed rain for the farmers…looking like a 4 hour rain.l much needed…
Linda and I are leaving for the day once the rain lets up….a day out with her family at the lake…however the eating will be same as usual…healthy…
Linda colitis is slowly getting better then it was…she’s learning all over what her body will allow her to eat…sugar is out….a good thing…as is a lot of other food that by Ken berry is bad for you…I’m happy that she’s feeling better…
