No loss this week but no gain also so I am okay with it. I totally blew my diet a couple of days this week so I am not suprised that the scale didn't move. I also was lacking in the exercise department but oh well, I am not perfect. Will do better this week!!!I did buy me a new scale, my other was made in the 1800's I think!LOL! This new one is fancier than my car and I am not sure I will ever get it figured out!But hopefully when I do learn how it works it will be worth the money.
In other news, I am in need of some advice.What age is a good age to let your teenage daughter start dating? My oldest is 15 and all of her friends are dating but I feel she is still too young for serious dating. I would love to hear some outside input on the subject because it is about to drive me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I had a bad day yesterday but I rocked today!! I am back on the wagon and steering in the right direction again! I am looking forward to a good week next. My motivation is in full gear. I am going grocery shopping tomorrow so I will have no excuse to eat unhealthy. i also bought me a digital scale that measures my BMI and I am hoping that will give an extra boost of motivation. i have already picked out several new recipes out of my WW cookbook that I am looking forward to trying.

Okay, I don't even want to talk about today!I absolutely, positively blew it! I know it is my birthday but I feel so guilty about overindulging. Anytime I mess up I go all out. I can't stop at one small slip, I completely jump overboard. I ate cake twice and I ate chicken fried steak for lunch. I also had about 4 mountain dews(they tasted sooooo good!!)Tomorrow is gonna be a good day! I am gonna exercise until my legs fall off!

Today is my birthday so all bets are off. I have decided to take the day off from dieting and just enjoy getting old!LOL! I will try to get some exercise in today cuz I don't want to completely blow it! Tomorrow is a new day and I will start fresh.

Okay, I am guilty. I didn't do so well today. I started off great but fell apart when I had dinner at my Grandparent's house.Barbecue, fried potatoes, homemade creamstyle corn! How can I resist? Plus tomorrow is my b-day and my grandma made me a cake so how could I refuse to eat my own birthday cake?I am sure tomoprrow won't be much better but I will climb back on board on Fri.!!
