Good feeling right here....
I started to eat a "Big Turk" bar (chocolate + turkish delight) and felt entirely disgusted eating it. Thank you to that guy on "I can make you thin" who taught me how to make food I love taste disgusting.... the chocolate bar is now on its way to my drawer and ultimately the garbage.

Well I just spent an entire week and a half completely off track and way too embarassed to post my food intake, but I am finally on track.
I just got a job at Fabutan and lucky for me cleaning the tanning beds is a bit of a work out, which is completely different from my usual jobs in retail. The only problem about the job is that my shifts tend to go over dinner so I find myself running to the nearest fast food restaurant before my shift to have dinner. Not only in this situation am I going towards bread and fat but it also results in my eating dinner at 3:30....Luckily for me by the time I get home from work (usually around 9:45) I'm too tired to snack.
Hopefully all will work out and I will start losing pounds...
(Note to self: renew gym membership asap....)

I'd like to think I'm doing pretty well at this point. I've already lost 2 pounds since I weighed myself last Wednesday, but this site doesn't reflect that as I only just joined today.
I hope to be able to fit in some more exercise soon as I didn't go to the gym yesterday, and it doesn't look like it's going to happen today as I'm meeting up with a friend in just a couple of hours and then I'm going out for St. Patrick's day.
I just hope that this friend that I'm seeing today doesn't take me off track for the day as she is the tall, skinny type that is constantly eating junk food.
I think I'll try and fit in some at home exercises full of sit ups and stretches to make up for what might become of me once I meet up with my friend.
