The only reason I'm not truly depressed is two days ago I was 174. Bloatation device, anyone?

It's really disappointing how easily you can pack away the calories at a fast-food restaurant.
I went to Baja Fresh today, mistakenly thinking that I'd be okay with something like a burrito-in-a-bowl minus the dairy & chips, only to find out after the fact that the little ol' burrito-in-a-bowl was a face-punching 700 calories. Granted, I didn't get the cheese so we'll shave 100 off the top but holy crap, I would never have considered it if the calorie content had been posted.
Ultimately, it is my own fault for eating the portion they served but I would really like to see it mandatory that the nutritional facts of each item/meal be posted at places. I'm definitely going to make myself take the two minutes to go online prior to arrival at places. It's a pain and frustrating when it's a quick lunch break, but it's better than feeling duped.

I haven't tracked much at all since Friday night due to moving. At least I still lost weight, though I was a little disappointed that it was just one pound considering how much work I did. Moving furniture and 4326743 boxes from point A to point B, upstairs no less, should have yielded -a little- more. I only ate once or twice a day the entire weekend though, that probably threw everything off.
Settled in now so it's back to work! :)
