Wow! One more pound to go to my goal! Never thought 170 was even near possible, now I'm going to set 160 as a new goal. It is more realistic, because I'm in a half size right now. Things are hanging on me, but I can't quite fit in the next size down. So close, I'm starting to believe it!

Well, at least I am learning from my failures, and hopefully changing them! Lol! Today I decided to see what numbers I needed to keep track of and needed a place to record them for memory, hence this entry. 1433-1500 calories; 102g protein; 20g carbs; 105g fat. 30% bf; 42.5 w; 7 wr; 23 th; 44 hs.
