😳 OMAD really speeds up weight loss. I haven’t been under 60kg since 2016 . But then ... I have a party to go tomorrow 😬

Only Myself to blame. I have cheated few times😔 ate carbs, sweets and lattes. Only worked out 3days out of 5 😔 socialising vs loosing weight = the struggle is real 😫
