Today I got on the scale and weighed in at 141.. Getting closer to my goal weight!! I'm so excited!! I drank a little more soda that I wanted to, so tomorrow I will not drink as much.. Or none at all.

Today was the first day in a long time i finally went with out any soda whatsoever! Had a little caffeine head ache but its worth it. I walked over 2 miles in the morning. Than went to the gym and biked 3 miles and walked about 1. Did my lifting an worked on some other things. I am feeling good. Really just have to boot that soda out of my way! I know I can do this....

Had a long day, went some shopping after work. My monthly friend came to visit so I skippied the gym today. But im not going to miss another day this week!!! Relaxing for the rest of the night.
