I've lost another pound in 3 days, so I'm losing, on average, 2 lbs a week.
Still finding it easy, with no cravings, and my clothes are looser every time I put them on.
So happy that I'm a carnivore now...I eat till I'm full, don't have to count or weigh anything, feel great and am no longer taking 10 medications as all my ailments have gone.

Only lost a pound this week, but measurements are still going down quickly and clothes are getting looser all the time, so really pleased.

Just measured myself, and I've lost a further 1 1/2" off my bust, 1 1/2" off of my waist and 2" off of my hips, in a month.
Really pleased with how I'm progressing.

I've lost another pound in 2 days, and I'm finally under 15 stn. I'm so pleased. I can't remember how long ago it was when I've been this low in weight, but it's been many, many years.
