Its always day 1 again and again. Well I'm back for good this time. So lets start this day 1 and it will end with day 30. Did well with breakfast. Keep it up till dinner. Exercise time!!

Did my morning walk for 1 hour then week 1 day 3 HASfit :) Having my menses, good thing it was after my exercise time. I always gain weight during menses with all the craving, bloating and its uncomfortable to move around so normally I would stop exercising at this time. Hopefully I can get through this one, this time and do my exercise. This pain is killing me.
