What a great weigh in! 5.2 lbs down. Don't have to worry about going over now! Core is working well. I'm really off all that processed stuff.
When I walked in my leader said "I've been worried about you!". Nice to be remembered - that is the great thing about WW - the people connection. She also said - look at those arms!!! The progress is starting to be noticable.
Weekend in review
Sara came home - stress level already up. Her stuff is still all over the house despite her saying she was going to get herself situated before she resumed her social life. She also left her hamper which contained the contents of her lingerie chest at the school but they did find it and contacted her. Now to make arrangements to get it from there to here.
STRESS level UP - found myself grazing in the kitchen Saturday night looking for something to eat - wasn't even hungry. Put a picture of Jillian Michaels on the fridge and the Reeses treasure chest. I CANNOT let this derail me!!!!
Stocked up on good food at the grocery and the farmers market this weekend. Found Dannon Carb and Sugar control yogurt at Wally World. It tastes like the yogurt in Turkey!!!
Upcoming weekend will be a challenge - DC with NJROTC. I'll have to pack some of my own snacks. Trying to find out if rooms have fridges. I can take my little cooler. I really don't want to have to drive but if I drive I can probably take more luggage :) Waiting for itinerary from CDR.

I am loosing weight - around 122 now and the scale has gone as low as 120. I may have to begin to eat more. The PT is the best money I've spent!!! The big day is Friday - my next weigh-in is Friday - the first one since I've used the trainer's diet and worked with him 2x a week for the whole time.

The diet the trainer gave me is primarily core so it's working out well. I don't follow it exactly because I can't drink my breakfast (carnation instant breakfast is for emergencies). My home scale shows weight loss and my clotes show it too. Of course some - maybe most of the credit - goes to the "mean" personal trainer.
Another great change - I'm off the coffee - only one cup a day.

After doing some more reading/studying, I'm thinking of switching to the core plan. My trainer wants me to eat more. I am also concerned about the breakdown of the food I'm eating - too many carbs etc. I'm going to use my online tools to record all my food and see how much of it is core and see just how much non-core food I eat in a day.
