in need of some adivce
I agree, I gained heaps of weight during pregnancy and the only diet that is working for me is Atkins, but you do need to read up a bit about different lo carbers to find one that suits you!! The best part is you dont have to go hungry...ever!!

Beginner
I always feel weird and dizzy on Atkins lol but it gets better, I think its just carb withdrawls. But welcome aboard anyway!!! PS I cant wait till im in OWL so I can start making some of those scrummy LOW CARB cheesecakes on here
