HELLO!
Hi Camila...thanks to responding =) about any tips...I became really really serious about what I eat..i mean OBESESSED with what I eat. I write EVERYTHING down in my food journal and keep track of how much calories, cholesterol, fat and sodium i'm taking in everyday. I'm only 5 feet so I needed to research and calulate the proper intake for my size. I also started doing bikram yoga 3 times a week then doing cardio and weight training the other days out of the week. I also stop drinking soda and coffee..I try to drink A LOT of water..until my pee is totally clear and I drink one cup of green tea..I stopped eating red meat, any fried food and make sure to eat a lot of veggies and fruits. so far so good! i've noticed a change in my body and i can be active with no problem! =D i still have a ways to go but i'm happy with my results so far. If I can do you it..you can! =) it gets really easy when you get into the groove of things and know what works for you. I'm here for ur support and i'm happy you've decided to make a change for your life style. it'll be worth it in the end. we can do this together!

HELLO!
Hi everyone, my name is JoAnne and I'm 25 years old. I am newlywed to a WONDERFUL man in the Air Force whom i'm SO proud of. He's on his short tour (which is 1 year) in South Korea right now; I just graduated from architecture school and during those 5 years, coffee, fast food and all nighters became my best friend!.. to the point there i was 60 pounds over weight..When my hubby left, I decided this would be a perfect time to get into shape in time for him to come home to a sexy perfect little wife! haha however, I really want to be at the right weight for myself and to live a healthy long life. so far with watching what I eat and working out daily i've lost about 20 pounds in a month and a half! i joined the great web site for the information, challanges and thought it wouldnt hurt to make from friends along the way...so i'm here to encourage others and it would be great to get the same from others! =) lets get healthy!
