I truly hate filling out bios... cause i am a people person... not a writer.
But i am outgoing and positive (to my own detriment sometimes) and workaholic!
I love my job and am working on my new half promotion....
Love working out but have a hard time motivating myself, better when i have friends to keep on my a$$ and push me. (feel free to do so)
I have many interests/ hobbies. from beadwork to knitting to sewing to arts n crafts... you name it i probably did it.

164lbs- current
160lbs- mini goal 1
155lbs- major goal 1-when i get here it'll be the 1st time in 8 years
150lbs- mini goal 2 - so close!
145lbs- ultimate goal!- 1st time since in 10 yrs...

its not the numbers( although they help!) that i am so concerned with its my pants size and the way i look in my clothes that i care about. So gang.... lets work together and push through cause i know we all can do it!!!

Still starving at night
protein powder... i live by it .. esp if your hungry before bed cause its job is to help restore muscles from a hard workout. you rebuild your muscles while you sleep.. therefore as a late night snack have it be one that'll help feed your body.. Smile
