I lost another pound! As long as I continue on this road, I am going to ROCK the weight off of me! It feels really good to be able to lose weight. I pray that I stay on this health plan.

I've lost weight! It's a good feeling to lose weight! After yesterday being a difficult day with eating, getting on the scale this morning made me feel better! I'm so excited!

still to go: 54.6 lb

Another day...the biggest obstacle I'm having is drinking enough water each day. I may be drinking about 50 oz a day when I need to be drinking 64 oz a day. I've got to build up my water drinking...

My goal is 175 lbs. That will be a loss of 50 lbs. Praying that I can continue with this goal and not give up.

Today, I've eaten:

Special K Bar: 90 calories

1 slice of meatloaf
5 pieces of celery with ranch
1 cup of grapes
1/2 cup of pasta
