I decided to join Weight Watchers. It really is helping me with my diet! I have now lost 10 pounds all together, which makes sooooo super duper happy! I've got a long way to go, but not as far as did about a month ago! I also completed fasting fast food & SUCCEEDED!!! I feel soooo much better & I'm glad I did it! I am going to try and continue with not eating fast food since I know it has contributed a great deal to my weight gain. Good place right now!

I have not been recording journal entries, but I want everyone to know that I have stuck with this! I am currently fast food free for over 7 weeks now! At first, it wasn't easy, but now I don't even want it! It feels good to be able to stick with this. Hopefully I can continue this after the 10 weeks are over! :)
