whooo hooo!!!
did 2.5 miles this morning (leslie sansone 3 mile walk away the pounds) YES I KNOW i only had a 1/2 mile to go but time was running out and if i had done that other 1/2 i would have been REALLY late. as it is i barely made it on time! but i got some work out this morning!
i've had like 8 strawberries and a glass of oj for breakfast and one breakfast taco.
so i'm at like 300 cals. and i've burned like 200 this morning so i'm at 100! SWEET! and when i get home i'ma work out again! so i'll deff be neg cals for the day...
OH and look up neg cal foods and theres a list of veggies and fruits you can eat till your heart is content bc the cals you take in eating them and the ammount of cals your body burns digesting them is more than the intake resulting in a neg cal!! so you loose weight while still eating healthy which is great for me bc i'm a veggie lover!!

OMG i'm finally comming down!
been working out like everyday yesterday i went to the gym did eliptical (400 cals burned) then some weights for the arms...gotta tone those up!! :D

well i'm def getting better at my cravings for horrible food. it's like i'll see fast food and i think HMMM and then within a split second i'm like EWWW lol it's funny but great bc now i'm like "yea, i don't want that i'll just wait till i get home and eat a good meal and snack on some carrots, apple or orange till i get home :) keeping fruit all around me is great and gives me just a little sweetness that keeps me from running to the corner store and getting junk! :D

I am following really good! :) yesterday i ate healthy, snacked on apples and carrots and drank a ton of water :) i'm working on my first lt of water this morning! :)
Breakfast:
1 cranberry orange scone (starbucks) = 460
1 granny smith apple = 101
1 lt of water = 0
TOTAL=561
chicken quesdilla on ezekiel tortilla
