DON'T BE AFRAID TO EAT!!!
Most of my diets have failed because of one reason... I GET HUNGRY! When I try to eat helathy I usually end up starving myself (unintentionally of course). If I have one or two packs of instant oatmeal and nothing else for breakfast then expect to eat nothing until lunch get so hungry that I'll grab anything to eat. And I usually do! One of the things I love about "The Biggest Loser" is that they teach the contestants about the difference between good calories and bad calories. I recently started playing "the Biggest Loser" game for Kinect and one of the features is it tells you based on your activity level what your daily calorie intake should be. Mine is currently 2231. I was extactic to learn that! That means I can have a good size breakfast: egg white & veggie omlette, toast and coffee. which is roughly 420 calories and feel fine until lunch. not stuffed, not greasey and not hungry! so dont be afraid to eat! if you eat the right calories you won't feel hungry and you can go about your day as normal. all coments are welcome!
