verdict: Its the sweets. its the fatty things. Its the portions. Now that I have identified the problem, what' the cure? Being self concious? Not being so; ohhhh it tastes so good, so why not have a little more? I've gotten a lot better at that anyway.
Working out too, I'm sure, is helping, I'm just not seeing anything at the moment.
Okay. I need to stop it with the sweets. Honestly.

verdict: I eat too much crap - its the sandwiches and the inconsistent working out. So heres the deal, I revised 'twinkling stars own diet' and have decided the best things to eat are fruits, vegetables, nuts and water . . . very vegetarian, other things work, but those are favorable. Bread and grains avoided, moderation of granola, moderation of juice. Mostly water and fiber. Protein as well, but not a protein bar, and not in a thick sauce. I'm going to try very hard to stick to this: oh yes, avoidance of as many sweets as possible, as well as cheese and alcohol. Because my weight is beginning to piss me off.

In the mornings, lately, I've been eating some fruit or a yogurt. For a small lunch I typically eat some granola, or some fruit, or every other week or so I get a bagel. Lunch and midafternoon is my problem. Since my schedule is so busy, I get a sandwich or a iceburg salad with ridiculous toppings that do not taste good, but its ready made . . .
Or I may wait until dinner which may be a hot meal, or a sandwich I make at home. I should eat more salads though - If I would like something warm, I can make myself an unsweetened tea. I will try to do this, to eat salads as much as possible. Fruit salads, or lettuce. Leaving out the creamy sauce, I prefer balsamic vinaigrettes.
I've also noticed that towards the end of a month, I gain a large amount and then try to recover quickly, I'm going to try to avoid gaining anything this month, keep myself steadily going down. Especially after all the ice cream I ate last night. Ew.
