omg high stress week. forgetting to log. so stressed! hubby had total knee replacement surgery. on the 7th. hubby fell backwards in his chair this afternoon. we have been in er for 4 hours. xray, ultrasound, wait, wait, wait. btw hospital is full of the new delta strain of covid, oh yeah! hubby felt a pop hubby in tears, hubby in er. hubby leg is numb, and in pain. I'm exhausted been awake since 4:30. chasing a terror of 2. I swear kids training to b a terrorist. he went to his dads this weekend and just came back wrong, no other way of putting it. hes, punching, pulling hair, throwing things at people, and beating the hell out of his 3 year old sister. what is this beast and wears my cuddle bug? I just want my bed!!!!! please someone send me to my room, I need my pillow!

today is such a lazy day. Russell had complete knee replacement surgery on the 7th, so anyway he's doing really good ok. Therapy told him yesterday that he could go upstairs to our bed they stood there and made sure he could go up the stairs and back down before they told him he could. well what they or him took forgot to take into account was that he gets up to go pee frequently at night. well he couldn't get back in bed at some point last night just couldn't lift his knee, not his fault. also hes a fall risk he can't b going up and down by himself and I'd catch him trying to sneak off lol. I don't like waking u he says. anyway he got aggravated and decided to stay downstairs in his chair. this morning his knee was huge!!!!! swelling is down. we agreed no stairs for now. but man I'm tired.

weight is so weird. weighed myself 3 different times today got the same result. shouldn't b surprised though I'm not swollen or bloated felt pretty good today. a bit of IBS-d acting up though. and my heart still aches but its getting better each day. I'm making a wooden round with mod podge and picture transfers (just learned how) with all our 4 leggeds we have lost . we've lost 4 together. Harley has been the hardest though had her the longest. lost our first to liver failure. she got into the trash and we didn't know at the time that grapes are poisonous to dogs his little chihuahua Ariel died, to late by the time we noticed her pee was yucky, then few years later a English bulldog named chunky chew, had cancer vet put him down, and 4 years ago sandy brindle put mix someone poisoned her while we were gone she was in a kennel in a fenced in yard, and the threw bologna in her pen with drugs in it. anyway making like a memorial for our lost loved ones in Harley's corner. our way of honoring them.

my girl of 15 yrs died last night. I've had her since she was 4 months old. I don't want to hear poor thing, or any of that, I'd like to hear how you got your best friends and funny story's about them please. I need to smile. I got Harley when she was 4 months old. I was feeding some dogs in a pen for an older lady a d 3 dogs had what I thought was a mop head. a very dirty mop head, until it cried out. then I relieved it was a very fuzzy, very muddy, puppy. it was her mom and 2 other females basically trying to pull her apart. I beat them all, scooped her up, dared anybody to stop me, and took her home. she was shaking as much as I was. I washed her up, treated her wounds which were superficial, and never looked back. Harley was so smart I had her pad trained completely in 3 days, we taught her when lights were out u whisper. she always had trouble seeing at dusk and dawn. only dog I ever met that was near sighted. would never walk on a leash, but was never an issue because she walk right with me, and listened well. she hated bare floors, hated walking through doorways and for the longest time would only go backwards through them. putting her n a cage traumatized her. taking her to a vet meant someone literally held her the whole time at the vet, she would not help, or corporate. just dead weight, groomer too. very sweet girl. Favorite memory was waking up one morning and the furnace hadn't came on for some reason and here's Harley curled in a ball with 3 cats and 4 kittens. All snuggling up together. Little runt laying on top. her best 4 legged friends where a cat named sam who constantly cleaned her face, a dog named sandy who shes buried beside, and my moms dog gelphi. She was 30 pounds long haired, tan and white sheltie collie mix. my very best friend for 15 special years!

I've been horrible about trying to remember to log everyday. what's wrong with me?? it ust to b so easy. I'd log before I even ate. meals were planned and now everything is on a whim! I'll figure it out I'm sure. try again tomorrow is all I can do. hey anyone on here know if to much iron can cause bruising? mammogram and stuff came back clean. my ferritin levels have been high like 286 high. my ferritin levels have come down 100 points, and my girls look and feel better. connection there? I watch toddler's and one is a cuddler and he loves loves loves his pillows lol. so perhaps easy bruising? no clue they kept asking if I was on blood thinners. I'm not. I go to see my hematologist on the 6th I'll b sure and ask these questions.
