took a nap a couple of days ago on the sleeper sofa its was 6:30 am and all the kids were asleep. and since my lower back and hip haven't quit hurting. hurts to move my hip. walking with a bad limp its painful to walk. more I move more it hurts. can't lay on it. lower back not only hurts but almost itches. Maybe a nerve issue? can u do that by sleeping on a pullout bed? Not a happy camper! anyone know what I should do to treat it?

any body got any advice on how to make this 2yr old girl stop bullying her 1 yr old brother? I've tried everything I can think of. mom said she's doing it at home too. pushes him, knocks him down, pokes him n the eye, snatches stuff, trips him, pulls his hair, pushes him off the couch, pinches him, and messes with him just to make him scream. they have 2 large stores of toys and 2 indoor riding toys. swing set, riding toys, toddler castle with slide, and a fisher price pirate boat to play outside. oh and sandbox and multiple riding toys outside. trust me they aren't bored.

so my weight was 270 all weekend. yes I retain water like no other. yesterday I weighed267. what does that mean. how do u get an accurate weigh in when u retain?

hate 2020. 7 periods in 5 wks! tested positive for covid, anxiety, stress and depression. starting today I'm recommitting. I need to feel accountable, I do better using this app. since November I've gained 25 pounds. NO MORE! Will get back on track. I'm an anxiety eater. veggies r my friend. gym has been closed since march! side note we set up a pool, I have an exercise bike, and my garden. I WILL DO THIS!
