I need to find diet
! figure out your maintenance calories (google maintenance calorie or i think this site has one). Use this site and input your goal of weight. Keep track of your food intake and keep it below your output. Basic weight loss is simple, input<output. There is no special diet, ect.. (https://www.freedieting.com/calorie-calculator).

Weight Lifting Diet
I've had success with this by carb cycling. Training days take in carbs and off training days reduce carbs. Careful with cardio, I have had bad luck of it killing my 1RMs. If you want to dive deep, figure out your maintenance cal on training and off training days. Then intake accordingly to reduce body fat. the slower you lose the weight the better it will be for your training, but less that you will notice
