Hi Everyone!

I'm a 25 year old married lady living in NY.
I'm trying to lose about 80 lbs.
I have managed to lose it before but not happy with how i did it and the weight only came back.

This time I'm packing on the raw veggies and trying with the fruit (I'm not much of a fruit person)and starting off with consistent but short exercise routines like walking everyday for 30 minutes and then 2 days of the week at the gym.

I hope to increase it as i go without losing interest.

To me the hardest thing is to start and keep it up to a point where I actually begin to miss the exercise ya know?

Water, Water everywhere
I'm trying to completely get rid of any fruit/ sugar drinks and it's tough so what I've done at work is have one bottle of water 12 oz and refill it every time it goes empty at the kitchenette. It gets me off my desk and H20 in my system.
