The holidays went well, i suppose. I did gain a pound but t's a new year. I've also been reading this book called, Your Are What You Eat. It's a great book because it's not about a diet, it's more geared to learning about the good foods can do to your body and what foods work against your body and about food combining. I love it so far.

I'm a little disappointed in myself. I was doing pretty well and then i gained 1 lbs and some back, but I'm back on track. I took a long walk this morning and for Christmas I promise myself to eat small amounts, nothing large. I'm still drinking only water but it's kinda hard to maintain that, sometimes you just want that sugary drink.
I need to exercise more. For me, it's really hard to go exercise when it's cold outside. I just want to cuddle into my sweater and sit on the couch. How do i get my blood pumping so the cold doesn't take over and keep me down?!

alright, it's going well. I get the feeling that when you make sure your mind is thinking positively that you will lose weight, it totally helps out because your constantly motivating yourself..even subconsciously.

I think i did pretty well during the turkey week. I ate one plate as opposed to the two plates i would normally eat on turkey day and skipped the dessert.
