another day - not bad but not good either. was good most of the day until i had people come over for my daughter's birthday and had one piece of cake and milk. i also had some cheeze doodles. did run for 1 hour on wii so i think it was ok, definitely better than it's been.

i'd like to think that today was better than other days but not really. thank you to all the positive reinforcement and words of encouragement. I did well most of the day up until the time my kids wanted to bake cookies and of course i had to have some. i am working out so hopefully that will offset the cookies (nice try right)

i stink. lost 22 lbs and gained b/n 7 and 8 back - all that work for nothing. how stupid. i told myself i wasn't going to gain it back this time. i have to get motivated again.
